Garlic Butter Shrimp

Serves : 4
5 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
5 cloves garlic; minced
Salt & pepper
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet.
Add the shrimp and paprika and cook, flipping and stirring the shrimp regularly, until the shrimp is pink and opaque.
Transfer to a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
Melt the remaining butter in the skillet and add the garlic.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the butter is just a shade darker.
This should only take a minute, maybe 2 at the max.
Toss the shrimp with the butter sauce and sprinkle with a bit of lemon juice.
