Ham or any other salami- 200 gr.
Hard cheese – 200 gr.
Potatoes – 6 pcs.
Onion – 1 pc.
Eggs – 2 pcs.
Flour – 4 tbsp
Grate ham, potatoes and cheese on a coarse grater.
Onions can be grated chop it finely .
Add eggs, flour, chopped dill. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix well.
Fry on both sides until golden brown, laying out a spoon, like pancakes.
