50g Black rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 bay leaf
Boil the rice for 20 minutes on a slow fire with the whole edulis, bay leaf and salt.
Remove the mushroom. Drain rice and mix it with pepper and olive oil.
Grease a nonstick pan with coconut oil or olive oil, bake an egg to your liking and add it to edible edulis.
Serve with rice as a side dish.
