Spring Meat Balls with Minced Meat, Potatoes and Spinach
minced meat – 500 g
potatoes – 5 pcs. medium
spinach- 5 sprigs
onions – 1
parsley – 5-6 sprigs fresh
Eggs – 1 pc.
cheese – 100g
processed cheese – ’50
flour – to roll
Cook potatoes and with spinach, onion and parsley pass through a blender (or smash with a fork and onion, parsley and spinach cut into very small).
The resulting mixture is mixed with minced meat, egg and spices, form it into meatballs.
In each meatball put a piece of processed cheese, roll in flour and fry
Serve with a garnish as desired or with garlic sauce.
