Rabbit Kapama

Ingredients:

1,5 kg rabbit meat/cut into large pieces/
1kg onion/ sliced/
3 carrots/sliced/
0,8 kg tomatoes /peeled and chopped or canned/
1 tbsp paprika
Salt to taste
Black pepper
15 tbsp Oil
5 tbsp flour
4 cloves of garlic
0,3 kg mushrooms /sliced/optional
water

Instructions:

Boil the meat until ready.

Stew the onion and the carrots in the oil until almost ready.

Add the paprika and the flour ,stir well.

Add the tomatoes and broth from the boiling meat. Add water if it is needed.

Add the black pepper and the mushrooms and boil until ready.

Add the boiled meat and the garlic. Cook for 5 min. It is ready to serve.
