This cream is easy to decorate, it is obedient and keeps its shape
150 ml of hot milk
30 grams of sugar
Beat the butter with a mixer until fluffy and white.
Continue to whisk butter, add sugar and vanilla.
Now, little by little, add to the butter and sugar, hot milk.
Aafter adding milk cream may become suspicious liquid! Do not panic.This is normal.
Just put a bowl of cream into the cold water. Cool it. Or put in a freezer for 15 minutes (if there is time, then in the refrigerator for one hour).
Beat the cream until fluffy.
You can add some additional milk so your cream will be softer. But the proportions given are ideal.
