Chocolate Date Balls
Walnuts – 1/3 cup
Almonds – 1/3 cup
Dates (pitted ones) – 1 1/3 cups
Shredded coconut – 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract – 1/2 tsp
Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1-2 tbsp
Soy milk or water – 1-2 tablespoon
Optional: Sprinkles, toasted sesame seeds, shredded coconut (for covering your balls)
Add all ingredients in a food processor and mix until everything is thoroughly crushed and combined.
Make small balls out of the mixture.
Then, roll them around in whatever you like (sprinkles, toasted sesame seeds or shredded coconut).
Cool them for some time
