Garfish With Vegetables
1 kg garfish
4 onions medium sized
2 carrots medium sized
5 pickled cucumbers
3 tomatoes large sized/I used canned ones/
4 big mushrooms/optional/
Clean the fish, remove the heads too.
Grease a dish.
Slice the onions or chop as you wish and put onto the dish.
Slice the carrots and cucumbers and put as a second layer onto the dish over the onions.
Slice the mushrooms and it’s the next layer on the dish.
Finally slice the tomatoes and place them over all vegetables. Sprinkle with salt and pour some oil, but not too much not to be so oily.
Salt and grease the fish and put over the vegetables.
Cover with aluminum foil or cooking paper.
Roast for about 40 minutes or until it is ready.
Better serve cool.
