Cooking time 30 minutes
1 kg Sausages; Thin
1/3 kg Bacon; Chopped
1 Onion; Chopped
1 tblsp Oil
1/2 each Green & Red Capsicum; (Bell Pepper) – Diced
2 Snack Packets of Sultanas & Pineapple
2 tblsp Sweet Chilli Sauce
2 tblsp Jam; or Honey
2 tblsp Peanut Butter
2 tblsp Curry Powder
1 can Coconut Milk; or Cream
Cook Sausages, chop and put aside.
Fry Onion and Bacon in oil until onion soft.
Add Curry powder and stir through until well mixed.
Add all other ingredients and cook for 5 mins on medium heat.
Return sausages to pan and cook until heated.
Serve with steamed rice.
