Fricassee of chicken
1 can of cream
1 tin of corn
1 cup creamy cottage cheese
100 g of olives pitted
2 chicken breasts shredded mozzarella sliced 100 g
200 g straw potato
1 cup water
1 pinch of salt
hit the Blender the corn, cream cheese, cream of milk and water.
Blender cream Saute with chicken, olives and salt to stay with a thick texture.
Place in a baking dish, cover the stew with mozzarella and spread the straw potatoes on top.
Bake until bubbling. Serve with white rice.
