Dinner In A Pumpkin

1 small to medium Pumpkin; prepared
1 large Onion; chopped
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
2 pounds Ground beef
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 1/2 cups Rice; cooked
1 cup Celery
Cut top off pumpkin and clean out seeds and pulp.
Preheat oven to 350 degree
In a skillet saute onions in oil until tender.
Add meat and brown.
Drain drippings; add soy sauce, brown sugar and soup.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add cooked rice and celery.
Spoon mixture into pumpkin shell.
Replace top and place entire pumpkin on a baking sheet.
Bake one hour or until inside meat of pumpkin is tender.
Put pumpkin on plate and serve.
