Italian Sausage and Rice


Italian Sausage and Rice

1 sm Green pepper; chopped
2 ts olive oil
1 md Onion; chopped
1 sm Red pepper; chopped
1 lb Italian sausage links
salt and pepper; to taste
4 c Water; or broth
2 c Rice, uncooked long grain


Cut sausage links into one inch pieces.

Brown in skillet.

Add olive oil and rice.

Stir until all rice is coated with the color of the sausage drippings.

Add water and stir in other ingredients.

Cover and simmer over medium heat until the rice is the desired doneness.
