Chicken & Broccoli Soup

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup onion; chopped
1/2 cup celery; chopped
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups milk
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 1/2 cups chicken; cooked & diced
2 packages (10 oz ea) cut broccoli in cheese; thawed and chopped
In a large saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
Add onion and celery and saute 4 min or until crisp tender.
Stir in flour, mustard, salt and pepper and cook until smooth and bubbling.
Gradually add milk, cooking and stirring until mixture boils and thickens.
Stir in lemon juice, chicken and broccoli and simmer, stirring occasionally until heated through.
Top with croutons.
