White Fish With Spinach
A fast, tasty and fresh suggestion for lunch or dinner.
600 g of white fish fillets
1 l of milk
1 kg of spinach
3-4 cloves of garlic
75 g of butter
Put the fillet of white fish in a bowl and pour some of the milk.
Let it stand for about half an hour.
Cut the spinach and stew it in slightly salted water.
Then drain it.
Place the white fillet in a saucepan and pour it with the rest of the milk.
Put it on the hot plate to boil.
Wait for 10 minutes to cool and drain.
Stew spinach and garlic in the butter.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper and mustard.
Garnish it with the fish fillet.
Before serving, add one boiled egg and a slice of lemon to each plate.
