Cake With Lemon And Dates
A fluffy and aromatic cake with lemon and dates.
200 g of dates
1 1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of cream
1-2 tsp. of cocoa
1 1/2 cup of flour
The lemon is peeled and grated and the juice is drained.
The dates are cleaned from the stones and cut into two pieces.
Beat the eggs with half of the sugar, add the cream, the lemon peel, vanilla and flour with baking powder.
The dates are arranged in a thickly greased baking pan.
