Brussels Sprouts With Bacon
Warm and aromatic salad, also suitable for light snack
1 kg of Brussels sprouts
250 g of bacon
3-4 cloves of garlic
In a large saucepan boil 2 liters of water.
Add cleaned Brussels sprouts.
Boil for 8-12 minutes and drain.
Melt the butter in the pan and add chopped bacon and garlic.
Fry to crispness and golden color.
Add the drained Brussels sprouts and stir everything.
Cook for about 3-4 minutes.
