Thai Chicken Skewers

 

Thai Chicken Skewers

Easy flavor of Thai cuisine

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts
3-4 cloves of garlic
Small root ginger, shredded
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Oil
1 onion
1 hot pepper
4 tablespoons of peanut butter
200 ml of coconut milk
2 tsp. of Fish sauce

Instructions:

Mix the chicken with garlic, grated half of ginger root, soy sauce and lemon juice.

Leave to marinate for about 30 minutes.

Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion.

Add the garlic, the hot pepper, the remaining ginger and cook for about a minute.

Add all other products and stew for 4 minutes.

The marinated chicken is set on skewers and roast on a hot grill.

Serve with peanut sauce and boiled rice.
