An unusual Spanish dessert with an unusual, but refined taste and a golden crust.Fried milk – sounds fantastic. In fact, it’s a very tasty and simple dessert.
500 ml of milk
150 g of butter
400 g of flour
150 g of sugar
250 g of breadcrumbs
320 ml of oil
5 g of cinnamon
Melt the butter in the saucepan.
Add flour to it, stirring it all the time.
Then add sugar and continue to mix.
Pour in the milk and put the peel off the lemon.
Bring the mixture to a boil.
Separate yolks from whites.
From the finished cream, take out the peel of lemon.
Add yolks to the cream and stir well.
Grease the form with oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Pour the finished cream.
Put in the freezer for 3 hours.
Frozen cream is cut into slices.
Separately whip the whites.
Roll each piece of cream in flour, then in whipped whites and breadcrumbs.
Fry in a heated frying pan with butter for 3 minutes on each side.
