Veal Stew With Peas
Easy and very tasty suggestion for lunch or dinner
Preparation: 60 min
700-800 g of veal fillet
400 g of peas
2-3 cloves of garlic
300 ml of tomato paste
Stew the veal in the olive oil.
Add garlic, oregano and peas and mix well.
Cook until the pea has a bright green color.
Add the tomato puree and mix well.
Season with salt, reduce the heat and let the dish simmer until the meat softens.
