Fried Snails On Skewers
If you have not prepared skewer snails, get ready quickly because it’s a great taste.
Snails – 350 g pre-cleaned and boiled
juice of a lemon
garlic – 1 cloves
salt – 1/2 teaspoon
black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
eggs – 2 pcs.
red pepper – 1 teaspoon
black pepper – 1 teaspoon
oil – for frying
salt to taste
Lemons – 1 pcs.
Parsley – a few sprouts
Pre-cleaned and boiled snails are washed and transferred to a bowl.
Pour them with half a lemon juice, black pepper, salt and cloves of garlic.
Leave them for 30 minutes minimum.
During this time, make the mixture for the coating:
Beat in the egg , add salt, black and red pepper, and enough salt.
Gradually add flour until the mixture gets the density of a thick soup.
The purpose is to have a crisp, spicy flavor, so try it and add more salt or spices if necessary.
Oval the snails first into flour, then pinch them on wooden sticks or skewers.
Turn on the hotplate and put the pan and oil to warm up.
Spoon the prepared skewers with the coating mixture while covering everywhere.
Slightly drain and transfer to the pan with the heated oil.
Fry until red and turn on both sides.
Serve with slices of lemon.
