Carp With Onion, Rice And Mushrooms
Delicious and fast recipe for lunch or dinner

1 cup of rice
1 cup of chopped walnuts
250 g of mushrooms
1 cup of Oil
Clean the carp.
Sprinkle it outside and inside with lemon juice, let it stand for about an hour.
Prepare the stuffing, stew the chopped onions in a saucepan and a little water.
Add the cut mushrooms.
Stew for a while, add the rice and fry it until it becomes transparent.
Season with ground black pepper and add hot water.
Once the rice has slightly softened, remove the pot from the hot plate, add the nuts and the chopped parsley.
Allow the mixture to cool.
Then fill the carp with it and sew it with a thread.
Bake it in a greased pan and spread the remaining stuffing around the fish.
Make it 2-3 tablespoons of oil.
Sprinkle with ground nuts.
Place thin lemon slices on them, add a little water and bake in a pre-heated moderate oven.
