French Egg Pudding With Raisins
A fine and aromatic dessert for family and guests
3 cups of milk
1 cup of semolina
125 g of butter
1 cup of powdered sugar
200 grams of raisins
Boil the semolina in the milk that is salted with a pinch of and cool it.
Add lemon peel, raisins and yolks, stir.
Finally, add the beaten to snow whites.
Pour the mixture into a greased form and boil for 45 minutes in a water bath.
Garnish as desired.
