Fillet Mignon Seville Style
A very tasty and impressive recipe for the family and guests
Preparation: 60 min
500 g of veal
300 g of small macaroni
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of grated cheese
200 g of tomato sauce
salt to taste
2 tablespoons of white wine
Cut the meat into 4 equal pieces, crumble and season slightly, then fry very well.
Toast 4 slices of bread and put the meat on it.
Sprinkle with tomato sauce mixed with wine, sprinkle with yellow cheese and garnish with boiled macaroni.
If desired, you can decorate with green spices.
