Butter Cake With Raisins

A great option for a dessert you can prepare in advance


4 eggs
150 g of butter
200 g of flour
1 baler
100 g of powdered sugar
150 grams of raisins
1 tablespoon milk

For glaze:

2 tablespoons of brown sugar
1 tsp. of cinnamon
50 g of butter


Heat the oven at 180C.

Grease the tray and cover with baking paper.

Beat the remaining oil with sugar powder in a bowl using a mixer until it gets a fluffy and light texture.

Add the eggs one by one, then gradually pour the flour.

Add milk and raisins. Stir well.

Spread the resulting dough into a baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes or until a golden color is obtained.

To prepare the glaze, put the butter in a bowl with cinnamon and sugar, stir well.

Once the cake is ready, remove it from the oven and top with the glaze.

Allow to stand until the oil is absorbed, then remove it from the tray and cut it.
