Potato Roll With Spinach
Pamper your loved ones with something new, tasty and different.
600-700 g of potatoes
500 g of spinach
150 grams of cheese
salt to taste
2 stalks of green onion
Potatoes are boiled and mashed.
Add one egg, salt, pepper and a few spoons of flour to make a dough.
Finely chopped onions and spinach are stewed with some oil.
Remove from the hot plate and add chopped boiled eggs, crushed cheese, salt and pepper.
Place the potato dough on the foil, spread the spinach on top and roll.
Put it in a mold, greased with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Put on the roll with oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in a strong oven until red.
