Serves : 6
3 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
9 cooked lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cup mushrooms; sliced
2 cubes chicken bouillon
1/2 cup water
1 cup cream cheese; (or 1 cup 4 cheese sauce)
2 cups cheese; shredded
2 cups spaghetti sauce
Bring large pot of water to boil, lightly salted.
Cook noodles 8-10 min.
Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside.
While water is coming to a boil, fry chicken in oil over medium heat till it is no longer pink.
Fry about 10 minutes, remove from pan and shred or cube.
Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
Dissolve bouillon in hot water and mix with chicken, cheese sauce and cheese.
Spread 1/4 spaghetti sauce in the bottom of 9*13 inch pan and place layer of 3 noodles on top.
Cover with 1/2 chicken mixture and top with 1/4 spaghetti sauce, 3 noodles; repeat.
Top with remaining sauce and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake for 45 minutes.
