Swiss Potato Pancakes
1 kg of potatoes
1 tbsp of butter
Chop the onions finely.
Fry it in hot oil.
Boil potatoes, peel them and grate them on a grater.
The fried onion is added to them.
Mix very well.
Grease with butter a deep and wide pan.
Transfer the mixture in the pan and push very hard to make it like a pancake.
Fry it on one side, then transfer to a plate and spread the pan again with butter.
Return the pancake to fry on the other side.
You can add a lot of different products to potatoes.
