Fish Fillets With Mozzarella
Tasty and healthy dish for young and old.
Preparation: 45 min
4 fillets of cod or other fish
4 tablespoons of sweet mustard
4 tablespoons of olive oil
4 teaspoons of dry tarragon
400 g of Mozzarella cheese
Fillets are arranged in a tray.
Each of them is brushed on both sides with olive oil and mustard.
The fish are sprinkled with dry tarragon.
Pour ½ cup of water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Bake in a moderate oven for 20-30 minutes.
The mozzarella is cut into slices.
The fillets are covered with mozzarella.
Bake until the cheese gets a nice brownish cover.
Serve fillets garnished with a slice of lemon.
