Piccata from Chile

Ingredients:

600 g of veal /you may use mixed meat,optional/
2 onions
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes
600 g of potatoes
Oil
1 sausage
Oregano
Coriander
Salt
10 olives
Chopped parsley

Instructions:

Cut the main products into small pieces – meat, sausage, onion, tomatoes, pepper and potatoes.

Fry the potatoes.

In another pan, fry the meat, as well as sausage and onion.

Add the spices.

There comes the tomatoes, the pepper and the olives.

Stew for a few minutes.

Stir together with the potatoes.

Sprinkle parsley and serve immediately.
