Souffle With Bread And Yellow Cheese

An interesting idea for breakfast or appetizer

Ingredients:

1 pack of toast bread
500 g of soft yellow cheese
250 g of hard cheese
3 eggs
250 ml of milk
5 tablespoons of margarine

 

Instructions:

Grate the two kinds of cheese and divide them into 3 equal parts.

Cut the outer hard part of the bread.

Grease the tray with the margarine and arrange: 1 layer of bread, grated cheese, 1 layer of bread, grated cheese, 1 layer of bread and the remaining cheese.

Mix the eggs with the milk and pour on the soufflé.

Heat the oven to 200º C and bake the souffle for 20 minutes or until it gets brownish.
