Turkey Breast With Broccoli
An incredibly delicious specialty for lunch or dinner
Preparation: 90 min
4 fillets of turkey breasts
4 cloves of garlic
2 leaves of dried salvia
pinch of salt
1 tsp. of Brown sugar
3 tablespoons of Oil
1/2 cup of Beer
1 broccoli head
200 g of smoked cheese
Flatten the turkey breasts slightly.
Spice with 1 clove of garlic.
Place a pinch of salt, dried salvia and 1 tsp of brown sugar in a bowl.
Spices are mixed with a spoon.
The turkey is sprinkled with spices on all sides.
Put it in a tray.
Sweep with ½ cup of beer and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Put the turkey in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours to be marinated.
In a glass saucepan with a lid put the turkey steaks on the bottom.
Sprinkle with 3/4 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cover and bake in a moderate oven.
Tear broccoli in roses.
They are placed in a colander and washed in running water.
After 20 minutes of baking, the glass pan is removed.
Broccoli is put on steaks.
The smoked cheese is cut into circles.
They are arranged on broccoli.
Cover the pan and return into the oven.
Bake this way, under cover, for another 20 minutes.
Finally, it is opened and cooked for another 15 minutes.
