Salty Cake With Wholegrain Phyllo

1 package of wholegrains phyllo / 400 g/
400 grams of chicken
300 grams of mushrooms
15 pieces of dried tomatoes
½ teaspoon of thyme
¼ teaspoon of pepper
½ cup of oil
1 onion



The first step of the recipe is the preparation of chicken. You can use any chicken that you have at hand. Boil the chicken in salted water. Then cut it off.

Clean and wash the mushrooms and cut them into strips.

Cut the onion head too finely.

In the pan, heat the oil and add the mushrooms and onions, add about ½ teaspoon of salt.

After the mushrooms reduce their size twice and fry well, add the chicken and chopped tomatoes, add the spices and leave to cook for about 5 minutes.

Once the filling is ready, leave it aside to make it cool.

Grease a cake form with cow’s butter or oil. Take two sheets of whole grains phyllo and put a lot of stuffing along the wide side, then roll in a coil that you put in the cake form. Repeat the procedure until the phyllo and filling are finished.

Lastly smear with oil or butter and bake in a preheated 180 ° C oven for about 40 minutes or until the meal becomes golden.
