Orzo Pasta With Minced Meat, Dried Tomatoes And Walnuts

orzo – 200 g
mince – 250 g
dried tomatoes – 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce – 200 ml
walnuts – 1/2 cup, chopped
Oregano – 1 tbsp, chopped
Garlic – 4 cloves
olive oil – 3 tablespoons
Parmesan – 4 tablespoons
basil – chopped finely, for sprinkling
Fry garlic until golden.
Add minced meat and stir vigorously until crumbs.
Add basil and oregano, continually stirring.
Dried tomatoes are previously soaked in hot water for about 5-8 min. And then add together with tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Cook out until the sauce thickened.
Add walnuts and cooked pasta (according to package directions).
The dish is left on fire for another 3 minutes stirring carefully.
When serving each portion is sprinkled with Parmesan and basil.
