Souffle with rice
1 l of Milk
1 1/4 cups of rice
1 cup of sugar
3 packets of vanilla
Rice is cleaned and washed.
Boil it in sweetened milk until soft grain.
Stir occasionally in order not to burn.
When ready remove from the heat and flavor with vanilla.
Allow to cool.
Add, constantly stirring, slightly beaten egg yolks.
Pour the beaten egg whites, stirring from bottom to top with a spoon to mix well.
Pour the mixture into a buttered pan or shape that is not completely full because soufflé rise sufficiently.
Bake in a hot oven until a golden cover.
Serve immediately. You may add some topping optionally.
