Tuna Fish Asian Style
2 steaks of tuna
150 g of black and white sesame seeds
150g of peeled edamame
1 carrot medium sized
1/2 cm of Gingerroot
1 stalk of lemon grass
200g of green beans
1/2 bunch of coriander
rind and juice of 1 lime
hot red pepper
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
2 cloves of garlic
Tuna is seasoned with salt and pepper, add some sesame seeds and roast it in an almost dry skillet for 1 min. On each side.
Carrot, garlic and ginger are peeled and cut into slices.
In warm and an oily pan fry them for about 1 minute.
They add edamame handles of coriander and green beans.
Cook 2 more minutes and add 1 teaspoon Brown sugar.
Once caramelized, put cayenne, lime rind and soy sauce.
Fry on very high heat for about 1-2 moments.
After removing from heat, add the lime juice.
Lemongrass is baked on the grill pan.
Divide the vegetables into 2 bowls, each piece of tuna is cut into 4 equal pieces and place them on the vegetables over the fish, put lemon grass and finally sprinkle with a few drops of sesame oil and coriander leaves.
