10 ounce Refrigerated pizza crust
1 cup Mozzerella cheese; shredded
3 1/2 ounce Pepperoni
1 cup Ricotta
1 cup Green bell pepper; diced
1 cup Onion; diced
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Unroll pizza crust and stretch into a 12″ square.
Cut into quarters.
For each quarter, sprinkle 2 T mozzarella cheese on one half of the square.
Top with pepperoni slices, 1/4 cup ricotta, 2 T mozzarella and 1/2 cup pepper/onion mix.
Poke 4 slits on top. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
