Baked Ukrainian Pancakes


flour – 1 1/2 cups
eggs – 10
cream – 1 cup
Oil – 1 cup
Sugar – 1 cup
apples – 500 g
lemons – 1


Mix egg yolks, cream, sugar and half of the butter .

Peel the lemon and grate it finely.

Add to the mixture.

Add flour.

Fry pancakes from the mixture.

The apples are peeled, cut into small pieces and fried in the remaining oil until soft.

Stuff the pancakes with the apples.

Roll them.

Arrange in a baking dish, pour in the beaten whites and bake for 20 minutes at 160 C degrees.
