Beef Vegetable Chorba
What is better to eat in the rainy and cold weather than this dish. Chorba is a kind of soup in Bulgarian.
500 g of beef
3 tablespoons of cooking oil
½ head of celery
1 slice of cabbage
250g of green beans
The meat is cut into pieces and boiled with 6-7 cups salted water until soft.
Stew in the fat onions, grated carrots and celery, chopped cabbage, peppers and green beans.
Salt and add to the meat.
Boil for 30 minutes and add chopped tomatoes.
The meal is boiled for another 10-15 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with parsley and lemon slices.
