Cottage Cheese Cookies
Served for breakfast or as a dessert, these crispy miracles do not know saturation.
3 cups of cottage cheese
3 cups melted butter
5 cups flour
Knead dough from cottage cheese, melted butter and flour.
Allow to stay for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator.
Then make long sticks or slices which are fried in hot oil.
When removed from the oil, sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon.
