Exotic Beef With Vegetables: A Thai Recipe
3 tbsps of Fish sauce
1tbsp of Soy sauce
1tbsp of Brown sugar
450 g of beef topside
450 g of onion
3 red peppers
3 cloves of garlic
2 tbsps of fresh ginger
60 g of basil leaves
In a large bowl mix the fish and soy sauce and add sugar.
Cut the meat into large cubes.
Mix it with the sauce and leave them to stand at least for 30 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly.
In wok warm up about 1 tbsp of Oil.
Put the meat to fry for just a minute.
Then pull it out and set aside.
Pour a little oil in the wok.
Stew chopped onion for about 3 minutes.
Add the garlic and the ginger.
Cook for 30 seconds and add the meat.
Sprinkle the dish with chopped basil leaves.
Leave to warm up for a minute.
Remove from the heat and serve.
