Parlenki With Olives And Cheese
Parlenki means flat bread in Bulgarian.
Aromatic and soft snack for the whole family.
1 pot of yoghurt /400g/
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
100 g olives
a small knob of butter
flour for soft dough
In the sifted flour is done a hole like a well.
Alternately add the yogurt and soda (be effervescent), sugar and salt.
Knead soft dough, then allowed to rest for 10 minutes.
Form it into small cakes that are lining up in a floured tray.
Pre-crumbled cheese, chopped olives are cleared and pieces of butter are distributed evenly over cakes, sprinkle with herbs and bake for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with yogurt.
