Biscuit Roll With Marmalade

A tempting dessert with cheap products.

Ingredients:

1 packet of biscuits /200 g/
50 ml milk
200g butter
100g caster sugar
1 vanilla
100g ground walnuts
200g marmalade

Method:

The biscuits are crushed or minced and mixed with milk.

Butter is crashed with powdered sugar and vanilla until it is a fluffy cream.

Mix the biscuits and cream, add the nuts and stir well.

Pour onto aluminum foil in the shape of a rectangle, spread evenly and smeared with marmalade.

By means of the foil is screwed into a roll and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
