250 g of frozen vegetables
1 cup of Rice
Cut the vegetables and onion and fry them for a little while in olive oil.
Then add water and leave to stew for at least 20 minutes.
Then add the rice and spices, but miss the curry powder and paprika.
Pour about 2 cups of water.
Leave to boil until the rice is ready.
Only when it becomes ready, sprinkle the dish your curry and paprika.
Optionally you can put cayenne pepper too.
