Yakisoba Chicken: A Japanese Recipe
½ teaspoon of sesame oil
1 tablespoon of canola oil
2 tablespoons of chili paste
2 cloves of garlic, chopped in four
boneless chicken breast – cut into cubes
½ cup of soy sauce;
½ medium head of cabbage;
2 finely chopped carrots;
220 g of soba noodles
In a large skillet combine sesame oil, canola oil and chili paste.
Fry for 30 seconds.
Add garlic, stir and fry another 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and ¼ cup soy sauce and fry about 5 minutes.
Then combine the onions, cabbage and carrots in a pan.
Fry for 2-3 minutes.
Stir in remaining soy sauce and boiled noodles and add to first mixture.
