Chicken In Hemstitch
Chicken breast – 2 pieces
Potatoes – 6 pieces
Egg – 1
Flour – 2 tbsp.
Cheese (grated) – 100g
Parsley – 1 bunch
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Grated cheese is mixed with chopped herbs.
Fillet is cut into thin pieces and fry, add salt and pepper, dry heated pan, literally 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Peeled potatoes are grated and squeezed.
Add the eggs, flour, salt, potatoes and mix.
Grated potatoes spread like a pancake in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
Fry the potato pancake on one side, turn over.
Spread on half chicken on the pancake.
Sprinkle cheese with herbs and wait for 2-3 minutes, when fry other side of the pancake and cheese begins to melt.
Cover the chicken with cheese on the free side and fry on each side for a minute.
