The recipe is for six pizzas with a diameter of 25 centimeters.
1 kg flour
550 ml water
1 package dry yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
600 ml seasoned tomato sauce
180 g smoked bacon
180 g ham
300 g cheese
120 g olives
6 tsp dried oregano
30 basil leaves
olive oil for sprinkling
Prepare dough from the products.
Leave to rise for two hours.
Then knead, divide into six balls and leave for another hour.
