Low-calorie cakes – is not a myth, it is a reality!
It is a very easy and delicious diet cake.
Any fruit or berries (quantity optional) 5 strawberries, 2 tablespoons grains of pomegranate and 5 grapes
1 tsp of gelatin
100 ml of water
150ml natural yoghurt
sweetener to taste (you can rely on the sweetness of fruits and berries, and add sweetener, honey, syrup, coconut sugar) u can use any of artificial sweeteners you prefer
For the cake:
1 tbsp oat bran flour
1/4 tablespoon cornstarch or tapioca starch or ground flax seed
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 tbsp cold water
sweetener to taste
Soak the gelatin in water, add sweetener
Prepare the cake.
Separate the whites from the yolks, whisk them to stable peaks with a pinch of salt.
Separately, beat egg yolks with water, sweetener and other ingredients for cakes, gently mix with the mass of the proteins of yolk, spread on a silicone mat dough rectangle (or baking paper) in the form of a square, of about 1 cm thick and bake only for 10 minutes at a temperature of 180 Cdegrees
From the cake cut out a circle the size of the cake base (the upper range of shapes / bowl) .
The left cake is cut into cubes.
Now boil the gelatin for 1-2 minutes, slightly cooled, mix it with yogurt .
Then, gently intervene to 2/3 of the sliced berries, fruit, and pieces of cake.
At the bottom of the form (bowl) put 1/3 of sliced fruits and berries, top with a lot of yoghurt on top and cover with a circle of cake!
Put the cake in the refrigerator for some time.
When serving put the bowl upside down to take the dome out.
Decorate as you wish.
