Pomegranate Salad With Beef Liver

Delicious and healthy salad with pomegranate and beef liver.

Ingredients :

Cucumbers- 3 (Fresh ones)
Beef liver- 300g (liver should be sliced, salted and peppered and breaded in flour).
Onion- 1
Carrots- 2
Pomegranate medium sized-1/2
Ham-150 g
Parmezan- 150g
Oil vegetable
Mustard sweet
Lettice -1


Fry the liver and set it aside to cool.

Finely chopped onions fry a little in a pan.

Add carrots cubes to the onions and fry.

Chop the ham finely too.

Cucumbers are cut into cubes, too

Rub cheese on a grater (medium).

Our liver during this time has had time to cool, cut into cubes, and as well as apples.

Mix the salad by hands.

Prepare the sauce: put the mustard in mayonnaise (2 tablespoons) and paprika (teaspoon.) And stir.

All the ingredients mix with the sauce. Leave the salad, cheese, and pomegranate for a while.

Sprinkle with left pomegranate grains, cheese and lettuce leaf.
