Spinach Rice Balls
100 g rice
salt to taste
dill to taste
Scald washed and shredded spinach in a pot.
After changing its color to add cleaned and washed rice. Stir.
After their cooking strain of water and shape into balls using your hand , as big as a walnut.
So shaped balls dip in the mixture of batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the balls in heated oil until red.
Arrange on a plate and pour the sauce with garlic, salt and dill.
Serve immediately after preparation.
If the balls are in the sauce they lose their crispy taste.
