Siberian Solyanka

Ingredients :

Beef – 300g
Smoked sausages – 200g
Ham – 200 g
Mushrooms – 200 grams (any)
Onions – 1
Tomatoes – 2
Cucumbers salted – 2
Olives – 150 gr (pitted)
Tomato paste – 2 tablespoons
Salt and spices – to taste
Vegetable oil – for frying
Lemon – 1


Cook the beef broth. Cut the meat into small pieces.

Cut the boiled mushrooms .

Add the beef and mushrooms to the broth, add spices too.

Fry the chopped onions until golden brown, add the chopped ham and the smoked sausage, fry everything for 5 minutes.

Peel the tomato , cut into small pieces and add along with the tomato paste to fried mixture, then everything under the lid on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Put the fried mixture to the broth, add the finely chopped cucumbers and olives, bring to a boil, turn off the heat.

Leave for 30 minutes.

When serving put a slice of lemon, sour cream and a spoonful of chopped parsley in each plate.
